    Did the workout this morning and I definitely feel it still.im 62 years young and this was a very effective workout.im no stranger to working out and I recommend this to others out there.im limited with my workouts due to a torn Left rotator cuff but I had no issues with my injury doing your workout and I've tried your chest workout as well and it worked good as well (again concerning my injury). thank you mate,I really appreciate your effort in putting out these workouts.
